Replies of the letters about Lumia 920

Two weeks ago, Hong Kong office gave me a call. They said to send me back my parcel with a word of "we will redirect your comments" with nothing more at all.
After three months of waiting, Nokia gave me no reply at all, but just giving me back my parcel.
They just replied me in an official tone and told me to grab back my parcel I sent in the Care Store in Mongkok.

Open Letters to Nokia+Microsoft

Sent a parcel with a letter to Nokia through DHL, but they didn’t receive it. It’s on hold right now and I hope it can be sent to Nokia to let them understanding my poor experience with my Nokia Lumia 920 and have a reasonable explanation from them.
The letters, another one to Microsoft, will now be opened to everyone to give comments. Maybe there are someone who have similar experience or may totally disagree my point of view. I just hope that there will be a rational discussion here.

I just hope that Nokia can do better in the future.

我為左買部新電話睇左好耐, 五月開始, 見住 d friends 買左唔同既機, Google Galaxy Nexus, Apple iPhone 4S, Sony Xperia TX, 近呢幾個月就 Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Notes II 同 Apple iPhone 5. 雖然呢 d 型號都有一兩個 points 我係幾鍾意既, 但係點解就唔可以有部機有齊咁多個優點呢?
我等咁耐其中一個原因係因為我賺既錢唔多, 唔可能個個月換新機, 既然係咁就要揀部好鍾意既機, 免得用下用下越用越暴力啦... =v=”
